The management of Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port projects revenue to rise 7% in 2008 on the back of tariff hikes, the company's VP Vladimir Kayashev said. "The board of the Federal Tariff Service reviewed our proposal to raise tariffs from USD 7 to USD 9.46 per ton of grain (up 35%), chemical cargos by 83%, cement loading tariffs 53% and non-ferrous metals 44%", he noted.
