Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has expressed discontent with the pace of United Shipbuilding Corporation's integration, RBC reports. Speaking during today's meeting on the development of shipbuilding in Russia, he reiterated that the government must complete the sale of shares of state unitary enterprises incorporated into the United Shipbuilding Corporation in 2009. However, the governance structures of the shipbuilder and its subsidiaries are yet to be formed, Putin noted. The PM requested that the representatives of concerned bodies explain the reasons for the delay.
