PRISCO began to provide marine specialists with wide range of personnel services in different cities. Specialists from Personnel Department are included in the staff working for PRISCO’s representative and branch offices which are situated in Moscow, Vladivostok and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. It is planned to establish Personnel Divisions of PRISCO in St. Petersburg and in other seaports of The Russian Federation.
One of the objectives of newly organized Personnel Divisions is to provide marine specialists with an employment at PRISCO’s vessels as well as at foreign ships as a part of PRISCO’s crews. Moreover personnel specialists are going to organize and supervise sea training for students from Marine Universities. Also they are going to organize training before the voyages for seafarers residing out Primorsk region.
