Transshipment of export cargo fell by 11.5% to 609,500 tonnes including 38,500 tonnes of cellulose, 100,900 tonnes of round timber (-6.2%), 49,800 tonnes of general cargo (-24.3%), 60,900 tonnes of general cargo (-19.6%), 348,700 tonnes of paper and cardboard (-19.4%).
Transshipment of import cargo stayed at the level of the previous year – some 335,000 tonnes including 151,900 tonnes of liquid bulk cargo (+5.9%, year-on-year), 21,900 tonnes of loose cargo (-25.7%), 128,000 tonnes of general cargo (-13.6%).
In the reported period, transshipment of transit cargo grew by 29.1%, year-on-year, to 589,400 tonnes.
The port’s container throughput totaled 59,411 TEU (-0.6%, year-on-year).
