Ban on oil product exports takes effect on June 1, RIA Novosti reports. Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Sauat Mynbayev told reporters Tuesday the ban would be introduced to bring consumer prices for diesel fuel and gasoline under control. The government's ban on the export of oil products will last until Sept. 1.
