Russia should revise its grain export practices, Agriculture Minister Alexei Gordeyev proposed on Wednesday according to Interfax.
"First of all, if we do sell anything at all, we should sell grain products - flour, formula feed, - and secondly, which may be the most important point, we should plan exports of animal products, primarily meat," an Agriculture Ministry statement quoted Gordeyev as saying at a
presentation in Moscow of a pig farming program to be in effect until 2020.
Russia needs to manufacture new kinds of meat products, he said.
