Shareholders of Krasnoye Sormovo Shipyard (member of MNP Group) reelect the Board of Directors on May 28. The new BOD consists of five representatives of MNP Group and representatives of the state. The company’s Director General is Nikolai Zharkov.
According to the company, the shareholders also approved its annual report, annual financial results including the Profit and Loss statement for 2007. Sales revenue totaled RUR 3 350 516 thou (against RUR 2 766 404 thou in 2006), sales profit RUR 100 021 thou, gross profit – RUR 534 832 thou, net profit – RUR 132 205 thou.
A decision was also taken not to pay dividends for ordinary shares. The dividends for privileged shares are to be paid to the amount of RUR 35 per share till December 31, 2008.
The company’s authorized capital totals RUR 1.497.802 million divided into 1.123.351 million ordinary shares and 374,451 privilleged shares valued at RUR 1 each.
