New OAO RZD vice-president

The Board of Directors of RZD OJSC appointed Alexey Mesiyanov vice-president of the company, RZD reports according to RBC. Earlier A. Mersiyanov occupied the position of the head of Roszeldorsnab (branch of RZD OJSC). According to the press center of RZD, it is a new position of the company and its competence has not been specified yet. Director of Roszeldorsnab is Dmitry Shakhanov now.
