Performance trial of the second tanker project RST 22 held by MNP Group

The second tanker project RST 22 “Nasiba Zeynalova”, built at Krasnoye Sormovo Shipyard for Palmali Group, steamed to performance. The ship was launched in May, 2008.

Maximum length of the vessel is 139.95 m, breadth – 16.60 m, depth – 6.0 m, deadweight – 7008 ton, capacity of six cargo and two slop tanks – 8,090 cubic m, main engine power - 2х1200 kW, speed – 10.5 knots. Class of the tanker is - KM*ЛУ1 II А1 of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. The design was worked out by Marine Engineering Bureau (Odessa, Ukraine). The vessels obtain additional sign in the class symbol – EKO Project. This sign is indicative of additional requirements for pollution prevention at accidents. Environmentally safe vessels find credence of freight owners, maritime administration, and port authorities. MNP Group is engaged in shipbuilding and offshore units design and construction.
