Rosmorport appointed Oleg Yefremov as Deputy to the Director of the North-West branch, Chief of Ust-Luga Department of Rosmorport, effective from June 1, 2011, the state-run company’s press office said.
Oleg Yefremov was born on Feb. 21, 1958 in Leningrad. In 1980 he graduated from the Leningrad Higher Military Construction and Engineering School, majoring in construction of naval bases, a qualified military engineer.
From February 2004 to June 2011 Mr. Yefremov held the positions of Head of Capital Construction and Repair, Head of the Capital Construction and Renovation of the St. Petersburg branch of Rosmorport (renamed in March 2011 the North-West Basin Branch of Rosmorport).
