DANISH shipping giant Maersk Line is to raise its cross-hemisphere rates from Europe, the Middle East and Indian subcontinent to the west boast of South America, Central America and the Caribbean to US$150 per TEU and $300 per FEU.
These do not apply to ports in Mexico and Puerto Rico which will be increased $150 per TEU and $220 per FEU.
