Czech investment group KKCG bought said on Monday it had completed an acquistion of an oil terminal from Russian gas producer Itera in the Samara region of Russia, Reuters reports. KKCG said the acquisition of the 3.4 million tonne per year terminal, linked to the Druzhba pipeline leading to central Europe, was already approved by the Russian anti-monopoly office.
The privately-held Czech financial group said Rosneft (ROSN.MM), Lukoil (LKOH.MM), and Tatneft (TATN3.MM) were among potential clients of the new terminal, which was completed in 2010 and put on line earlier this year.
