Exports of petroleum products through the terminal RPK Vysotsk "LUKOIL II» based in Leningrad region in January-September shrank by 22% compared with the same period last year, to 7,619,000 tons. Year-to-date, the volume of diesel fuel delivered to the terminal and exported totaled 1,608,000 tons, the rail traffic statistics said. In September, the cargo volume dropped to 21,000 tons.
The volume of gasoline delivered to RPK Vysotsk this year totaled 650,000 tons, in September - 53,000 tons.
In January-May, rail deliveries of vacuum gas oil (VGO) to the terminal amounted to 515,000 tons. In May, transportation of VGO by railways was ceased.
Shipments of fuel oil for the first 9 months of this year amounted to 4,467,000 tons, including in May – 426,000 tons. According to statistics from the Port Authority of Vysotsk river tankers delivered to the terminal 379,000 tons of fuel oil, including 77,000 tons in September.
The marine terminal RPK Vysotsk LUKOIL-II is owned by Russian largest private oil company LUKOIL. Bunkering operations are carried out by a LUKOIL’s subsidiary LUKOIL-Bunker. In 2010, the terminal handled 12,3 million tons of oil products versus 13,8 million tons a year earlier.
