  Ust-Luga BPS-2 terminal to handle first tanker on Nov. 30

  

  Transneft plans to load the first crude oil carrier at the Export Oil Terminal located in the port of Ust-Luga (Leningrad Oblast) on November 30, RIA Novosti reports quoting the company's head. 
  

  "A lot will depend on how the Ministry of Transport will perform all of the necessary dredging work. Hopefully, they’ll make it, we were assured that they run on a schedule. On November 30, the first tanker is to be in Ust-Luga", Transneft’s President Nikolai Tokarev was quoted as saying.
