  USC and Rosmorport sign a RUB 20.4bn contract for 4 icebreakers

  

  United Shipbuilding Corporation and Rosmorport will sign today, Dec. 2nd a contract worth RUB 20,371,000 for the construction of three 17 MW diesel-electric icebreakers and one 25 MW  ice-breaker, an informed source told PortNews.

  
  The contract will reportedly be signed by USC’ President Roman Trotsenko, General Director of Rosmorport Andrei Lavrishchev and head of Rosmorrechflot Alexander Davydenko. The signing ceremony at Baltic Shipyard is expected to be attended by Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin,
