Container line Hapag-Lloyd is offering a new weekly service linking Vietnam to the US West Coast on the transpacific eastbound trade, Seatrade Asia online reports. The 18-day Vietnam America Express (VAX) service will see the first vessel sail on 20 December from Vietnam's Vung Tau to Los Angeles.
The vessel will call at Cai Mep International Terminal in Vung Tau and LSA APM Terminal Pier 400 at Los Angeles.
