APL takes slots on MOL's Japan - Thailand and Philippines service
APL is taking slots on a Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) Japan - Thailand and Philippines service, Seatrade Asia online reports. The new service will give APL customers direct access to the Japanese ports of Shimizu and Nagoya. It will also link South Korea with Philippines and Thailand with a call in Busan.
“Introducing the weekly JTP service will strengthen APL’s Intra-Asia shortsea network and better serve key production and consumption markets in the region,” said Jason Wong, APL Vice President for Intra-Asia Trade. “The service will support a dynamic trade circle from Thailand and Philippines to Japan.”
