Russian pilots to meet at Moscow conference next year

Rosmorport plans to hold in Moscow the Russian conference of pilots, the event organizing committee said. It is expected that 150 delegates to the conference representing different pilot organizations will gather on February 1, 2012.

The organizing committee said they would be willing to see both rank-and-file pilots and leaders of state-owned, private organizations at the conference,

"Our goal is to hear the pilots themselves, not just top managers and owners of pilot organizations", a spokesman for the committee said.

The conference sponsor Rosmorport has the largest pilots unit in the country, numbering 598 employees.
