Port of Astrakhan bans entry of non-ice class ships as of Dec. 20

According to Harbormaster order posted on December 19 by the Astrakhan Port Authority titled 'On prohibition of navigation of vessels without ice-class" the ships that do not have ice class will be banned from calling the port of Astrakhan.

The non-ice class ships are banned from entering the port as of 00:00 on December 20, 2011, the APA notification said.
