CMA CGM, Hamburg Süd and Hapag-Lloyd will upgrade their joint North Europe-Caribbean-WCSA EUROSAL network with extra capacity and revised coverage, Dynaliners reports. As from February loop 2 will be provided by eight 3,500 TEU vessels, replacing 1,800 TEU tonnage, and no longer cover Port of Spain, Willemstad and Caucedo, replacing those with a Kingston call. Loop 1 will remain unchanged. Rotterdam is in both Loops.
In loop 1, the 8X 4,100 vessels of CMA CGM (0), Hamburg Süd (4) and Hapag-Lloyd (4) connect Rotterdam with Caucedo, Cartagena, Colon, Callao, Valparaiso, Callao, Colon, Cartagena, Caucedo and back to Rotterdam.
In loop 2, the 8X 3,500 TEU units connect of CMA CGM (2), Hamburg Süd (3) and Hapag-Lloyd (3) connect Rotterdam with Kingston, Cartagena, Colon, Guayaquil, Callao, Paita, Guayaquil, Buenaventura, Colon, Cartagena and back to Rotterdam.
