RZHD considers some Mintrans proposals invalid, the company informed according to AK&M.
It concerns the increase in the carriages component of cargo transporation tariff included into the railway transport restructuring. Besides, the Company disapproved the formation of the coordination body for carriages dispatching with access to the information resources of the Main Computer Bureau.
Mintrans proposed to withdraw the worn-out rolling stock on the whole. In view of RZHD the withdrawal of all worn-out carriages can yield the deficit of the resources in short term. Now it has 443ths carriages in the rolling stock. The term of life of 138ths carriages expires in 2008; still 108ths can be in operation. The infrastructure losses can reach 40bn rub.
