Sillamäe-Ust-Luga ferry service to be launched in September
A Ro-Ro / passenger ferry is set to start sailing in September on the route linking North Estonian Port of Sillamäe and the Russian Port Ust-Luga, the Baltic Course reports.
The ferry will transport trucks and cars and cargo on trailers. The vessel can accommodate 200 passengers.
Initially, there will be daily sailings of one ferry but the service operator will deploy one more ship on the route if trade flow increases, departing simultaneously from Sillamäe and Ust-Luga port.
