Russian President Vladimir Putin during his trip to the Far East took part through a video conference in a solemn foundation stone laying ceremony for the petrochemical plant in the Eastern Nakhodka. The facility commissioning is scheduled for the first quarter of 2017, the Kremlin press service said.
Vladimir Putin is visiting the Far East for participation in the APEC Summit-2012 hosted in Russia for the first time. The international forum special events will be held on Russky Island, 7-9 September.
