Tuesday bunker prices move up
Ship & Bunker data showed that bunker prices were moving up on Tuesday, however IFO380 in Singapore was steady and in Fujairah the price was moved down, Ship & Bunker reports.
Singapore IFO380 was steady at $680.00 per metric tonne (pmt), $17.00 lower than last Tuesday's price, and MGO moved down $1.50 to $994.50 pmt.
Hong Kong saw IFO380 move up for a third consecutive day by gaining $10.00 to $701.00 pmt, while MGO lost $3.50 and moved down to $1007.00 pmt.
Rotterdam IFO380 and 1.00% maximum sulfur 380 cSt product (LS380) were up for a second consecutive day gaining $3.00 to $658.00 and $1.50 to $724.00 pmt respectively, and MGO lost $0.50 putting the price at $981.50 pmt.
Fujairah 380 cSt product moved down $1.50 to $688.00 pmt making a week-on-week loss of $12.50, while MGO was steady at $1039.50 pmt.
Houston IFO380 and LS380 moved up for a third consecutive market day gaining $3.00 to $660.50 and $4.50 to $763.00 pmt respectively, and MGO fell for the first time since September 6, 2012 dropping $1.50 to $1050.00 pmt.
LA / Long Beach IFO380 was up for a third consecutive market day gaining $3.50 to bring the price to $693.00 pmt.
The WTI spot price moved up for a fifth consecutive market day on Tuesday gaining $0.63 to close at $97.17 per barrel.
