Russian carriers get the go-ahead to buy fuel for transit ships in Baltiysk

Customs authorities have allowed Russian shipping companies to purchase oil products for their transit ships. The bunkering companies will deliver bunker fuel to transit vessels at offshore anchorage of the Port of Baltiysk (Kaliningrad region).

According to the bunker suppliers, it is about the vessels that buy oil products for rubles.
