Dafeng port plans listing

Dafeng port group, an up-and-coming Jiangsu port, plans to be listed by 2014 to strengthen the competitiveness of its operations, SinoShipNews reports.

“Currently, we are doing the preparation works for the listing, but we have not decided which stock exchange to be listed on,” an official from the port company told SinoShip News. “We plan to go with A+H shares, the final program is under discussion now,” the official continued.

Dafeng port group started operation in March 2009, and currently has eight berths including six above 10,000dwt class. The port expects to have 17 productive berths by the end of this year.
