CFO resigns from Chinese bunker supplier
The Chief Financial Officer of NASDAQ listed Andatee China Marine Fuel Services Corporation [NASDAQ:AMCF] has resigned, a November 29, 2012 dated form 8-K filing for the company shows, Ship & Bunker reports.
Haipeng (Abraham) Wang tendered his resignation effective November 23, 2012.
The filing said Wang's departure was not due to any disagreement with the company, rather his inability to relocate from Shanghai to Dalian some 1,200 km to the North, as the company’s executive offices move to Dalian.
"The Company is thankful to him for his service and dedication as the Company’s CFO since January 2012 and wishes his success in his future professional endeavors," it said.
The Chinese bunker supplier said that it is now in search of a suitable candidate to replace Wang as Chief Financial Officer and will provide appropriate disclosures when such an engagement is completed.
