Eniram to sell fuel saving tech in South Korea
Finnish energy management technology company Eniram Ltd. (Eniram) has anounced new partnership agreements for distribution in South Korea, saying the deal will extend its fuel saving technology and real-time analytic solutions to a wider network of customers, Ship & Bunker reports.
The company is working with Hyundai e-Marine, which sells onboard electronic systems, and World Ocean, an agent representing international brands in the Korean maritime industry, to reach more customers in Korea, which is one of the biggest markets in the world for shipbuilding and fleet ownership.
Eniram offers products for dynamic trimming and speed optimisation aimed at both newbuilds and existing fleets.
"We are very pleased to be able to bring our range of real-time energy management solutions to the Korean maritime industry through our new partners, whose commitment to high quality customer satisfaction matches our own," said Eniram CEO Philip Padfield.
"These new partnerships with Hyundai e-Marine and World Ocean, local centers of maritime excellence, present a perfect opportunity to further our commitment to supporting clients looking to introduce energy saving solutions into their shipping operations to achieve greater cost control."
In September, Eniram announced a partnership with Chinese marine equipment company Headway Technology Co. Ltd. to sell its products throughout Asia.
