The week ended with mixed bunker prices in the EMEA region, according to Ship & Bunker data. IFO380 in key ports was down week-on-week, with the exception of Fujairah where the grade was up $0.50 from last week.
Rotterdam IFO380 was steady at $578.00 per metric tonne (pmt), down $3.50 week-on-week, and down $12.00 from last month. Low sulfur 380 cSt product (LS380) was steady at $614.00 making the premium for the Emissions Control Area (ECA) compliant fuel $36.00 pmt. MGO climbed $6.00 to $911.00 pmt, falling $3.50 from last week.
Fujairah IFO380 dropped $0.50 to $600.50 pmt, up $0.50 from last Friday, and falling $6.00 from the previous month. MGO climbed $0.50 to $1012.00 pmt, down $7.50 week-on-week, and $9.00 lower than last month.
Istanbul IFO380 slipped $0.50 to $618.00 pmt, down $1.00 week-on-week, and up $0.50 from November 14, 2012. MGO moved up for a second consecutive say rising $2.00 to $978.50 pmt, falling $6.00 from last week, and $0.50 up from the previous month.
Piraeus IFO380 dropped $3.50 to $598.00 pmt, $2.00 lower than last Friday, and down $12.00 from the previous month. LS380 was up $4.50 to $666.00 making the premium for the low sulfur fuel $68.00 pmt. MGO was up for a second consecutive day climbing $5.00 to $941.50 pmt, down $3.50 week-on-week.
