  Dalian firm moves into shipbuilding

  

  Dalian-based aquatic products producer Zhangzi Island is entering into the shipbuilding sector with a Japanese engine manufacturer, SinoShip News reports.
  
  Zhangzi Island plans to set up a shipbuilding arm with Yamaha Motor in Dalian. The two companies holds 51% and 49% of the shares of the new jv, which will focus on producing and selling fiberglass fishing boats, work boats, yachts and floating docks.
