  NSR Authority to be headquartered in Moscow - Viktor Olersky

  

  The Northern Sea Route Authority headquarter will be based in Moscow, Deputy Transport Minister Viktor Olersky told journalists at the inauguration of the new Arctic training center at the Krylovsky State Research Center (KSRC). The official added that auxiliary offices will be based in Arkhangelsk.

  On July 30, 2012, President Vladimir Putin signed a law on the creation of the Federal State Institution "The Authority of the Northern Sea Route."
