Russia's Surgut sells Urals cargo ex-Primorsk

Russia's fourth largest oil producer, Surgut, has sold via tender a 100,000-tonne cargo of Urals URL-NWE-E crude for loading at the Baltic Sea port of Primorsk on April 4-5, traders said on Tuesday.
Market sources said the buyer, probably Swiss-based trader Gunvor, bought the cargo at around dated BFOE minus $2.15-$2.20 per barrel.
Last week Surgut sold via tender its cargo of Urals crude for loading between March 31 and April 1 ex-Primorsk to Royal Dutch Shell (RDSa.L) at around dated minus $2.40 per barrel, traders said.
Surgut calls regular Urals tenders to lift cargoes in Primorsk and the Black Sea port of Novorossiisk, but it does not disclose price terms and buyers.
