Shareholders of Port Vanino approve obtaining of credit line from Gazprombank
The extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of Port Vanino OJSC has approved the obtaining of RUB 13.4 bln credit line from Gazprombank, the company says.
15-pct interest on credit can be decreased to 11% per year after 36 months from the signing of the credit agreement. The availability period end on March 21, 2014. The credit is to be reimbursed by December 22, 2023.
The port property valued at RUB 4.7 bln is a security for the agreement.
Vanino Commercial Sea Port OJSC is the largest stevedoring company of Khabarovsk region. It provides handling and forwarding services. Cargo is delivered via Vanino to the north-eastern regions of Russia, Japan, South Korea, China, Australia, USA and other countries of APR. The length of the port’s berthing line is about 2.5 kilometers. The berths occupied by three industrial complexes are equipped in compliance with their specialization. In 2013, Port Vanino OJSC handled 7.1 mln t of cargo (+32%, year-on-year).
