According to IAA PortNews bunker price bulletin, average price for IFO-180 НS at port Vladivostok was $479 per tonne (-$4), MGO price was $822 per tonne (-$1).
MGO price is still high amid the deficit in the region. Maximum price in the market hits $825 per tonne (RUB 34,500-RUB 35,000 per tonne).
The port of Singapore saw a decline of diesel fuel and heavy fuel oil prices (-$9 and -$6 respectively).
