Bergen Group gets contract for a 5-year Class Renewal Survey on Borgland Dolphin

Based on the LOI announced on September 15th 2014, Bergen Group Hanøytangen AS has been awarded a contract from Dolphin Drilling AS for upgrades and 5-year Class Renewal Survey (CRS) on the semi-submersible production and exploration rig Borgland Dolphin. The project has an estimated revenue value in the range of NOK 350 million, the company said in its press release.
 
The major work scope will be carried out in Q4 2014 in the dry dock (pictured above) at Hanøytangen, and the project will be accomplished by Bergen Group Hanøytangen in collaboration with Apply Rig & Modules.
