Oil price up to $86.22 in London and down to $82.81in New York

On October 21, Brent crude for November delivery gained $0.82 to settle at $86.21 per barrel on ICE Futures Europe, Light sweet crude for November delivery climbed by $0.1 to $82.81 on New York Mercantile Exchange.
