Big Port St. Petersburg publishes draft amendments to Compulsory Regulations
Big Port St. Petersburg has published draft amendments to the port's Compulsory Regulations as the draft is subject to public review prior to November 25, 2014. The project provides information on changing technical capabilities of Big Port St. Petersburg on reception of ships after the mathematical modeling and enhancement of navigation aids.
The draft amendments include information about the protective structures complex of seaport "Big Port St. Petersburg" and Appendix "On the order of interaction and implementation of information exchange between the duty engineer and service manager of the complex and the Harbourmaster's office solving problems in forecasting, warning and emergency response when maneuvering the peddle of St. Petersburg" and Appendix "Information on the areas of required and optional pilotage in the seaport's waters".
The documents aims at consolidating a normative order of changes in the characteristics of the seaport "Big Port St. Petersburg."
The port's Compulsory Regulations are enforceable by the courts, regardless of their national and departmental affiliation, as well as individuals and legal entities, regardless of the legal and ownership form, operating in the seaport.
