Subsequent to The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) announcement on 20 August 2013 relating to its entering into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Saudi Aramco and Sembcorp Marine Ltd. to prepare a feasibility assessment to develop a world class maritime yard in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the company said in its press release.
Bahri announces that the above stated MOU is extended to be valid till 29 October 2015 and will be effective until the study is completed and an investment decision on this project is taken.
