OOCL to suspend the Thailand THC for all dry cargo until the end February, 2015

To comply with the guideline of the Department of Internal Trade in Thailand, OOCL will suspend the Thailand Terminal Handling Surcharge (THC) for all dry cargo until the end February, 2015. Further details will be announced before the effective date on March 1.
