Bunker prices at Far East ports go down in early 3rd week (graph)

According to IAA PortNews bunker prices review, average price for IFO-180 НS at port Vladivostok was $235 per tonne, MGO price was $508 per tonne.

The port of Singapore sees an increase of IFO-180 HS prices and a decrease of MGO prices (+$4 and -$20 respectively).
