Yury Matvienko appointed as Managing Director of Tuapse Commercial Seaport OJSC

Yury Matvienko has been appointed Managing Director of Tuapse Commercial Seaport (TCSP OJSC, part UCL Port – stevedoring division of UCL Holding), the company’s press center says.

He came into office on January 1, 2015. 

Yury Matvienko has replaced Vladimir Gerasimenko who was appointed Director on stevedoring activities at Transport Assets Management LLC, managing company of UCL Holding.

Yury Matvienko was born in 1964. In 1987 he graduated from higher naval engineering school of Novorossiysk; in 2010 – International Management Institute of Saint-Petersburg (IMISP).  

In 1987 – 1994, worked at Sakhalin Shipping Company OJSC.
In 1994, came to Novorossiysk Shipping Company OJSC.
In 2003 – 2005, First Deputy Director General, Marine Port Service CJSC.
In 2005 – 2009, Director General of Primorsk Commercial Seaport  LLC.
In 2009 – 2011, Director General of BalttransServis LLC.
From June 2011, Executive Director of Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port OJSC.
In June 2013, appointed as Director General of Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port OJSC.

UCL Port consolidates JSC Sea Port St. Petersburg, CJSC Container Terminal Saint Petersburg, Universal Handling Terminal LLC based in North-West of Russia, the southern ports of Taganrog and Tuapse.
