Customs clearance procedure at Big Port St. Petersburg required no customs officers on board incoming\outgoing vessels in 58.97% / 62.92% of cases in 2014, Andrey Mikhailyuk, head of Baltic Custom’s Service for Customs Control Organization, told in his interview with IAA PortNews. As for Passenger Port of St. Petersburg, it was as high as 100%.
