Port service vessel ВТН-74 built by Pella Shipyard (Leningrad region) for RF Navy delivered to port Baltijsk

Acceptance-delivery certificate has been signed for the  ВТН-74 (building number 304), multifunction complex port service vessel of project 03180 based on the project SKPO-1000, shipyard Pella says in its press release.

The vessel has been delivered to her basing site in Baltijsk, in the nearest future she will join the Baltic Fleet of RF Navy.

The vessel is intended for bunkerage of the vessels with different types of fuel; collection of oily content, sewage, bilge waters from vessels and floating objects; collection of dry garbage and food waste from vessels; buoys transportation and placement; beaconage floating devices maintenance; oil spill removal; transportation of cargoes.

Technical information: length max – 49.9 m, width max – 14.0 m, draught – about 5.0 m, speed 10.0 knots, classification - КМ   Ice3 R2 Aut1 Oil Tanker (>60° C) ESP by Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. 
One of the innovative SKPO-1000 design solutions is the using of separated washing cargo tanks that allows to transfer different types of liquid cargos simultaneously and to make their change within a very short period of time if it is needed.

Leningrad Shipyard Pella was founded in 1950 and privatized in 1992. The holding incorporates a head company and a number of subsidiaries. The shipyard specializes in construction of tug boats for Russian customers.
