Siem Offshore sells two OSCVs to Daya Materials

Siem Offshore and Daya Materials Bhd. entered into an agreement in August 2014 for the sale of the two 2013-built Offshore Subsea Construction Vessels ''Siem Daya 1'' and ''Siem Daya 2'' , as described in the notice of 22 August 2014, the company said in its press release.
The parties are in negotiations and have agreed to extend the deadline for termination of the MoAs to 24 April 2015.
