Over 101,800 t of customs-bonded goods delivered to port Sabetta in 7M’15 (photo)

In January-July 2015, over 101,800 t of customs-bonded goods delivered to seaport Sabetta (Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Region). Those cargoes valued at $57.1 mln are intended for construction of an LNG plant and port infrastructure, says press center of the Urals Customs.  Customs operations in respect of cargoes delivered to port Sabetta brought RUB 173.5 mln to the state budget.

According to the statement, cargoes are delivered to the port mainly from Germany, Belgium, France and Norway.

Over the 7-month period of the current year, Sabetta port's marine border crossing post registered 13 vessels with customs-bonded goods.

Sabetta port's marine border crossing post has been operating from July 1, 2014.

Yamal LNG project envisages the construction of an LNG plant with annual capacity of 16.5 million tonnes per annum based on the feedstock resources of the South-Tambeyskoye field. The launch of LNG production is scheduled for 2017. Yamal LNG is currently owned by NOVATEK (60%), TOTAL (20%) and CNPC (20%).

International port Sabetta is under construction through the public-private partnership. The federally owned facilities will include ice barriers, operational water area, access channels and the Vessel Traffic Management and Information Systems, buildings of sea services. The facilities of Yamal LNG project will include technological berths for LNG and gas condensate transshipment, ro-ro berths, port fleet berths, warehousing facilities, administrative zone, engineering utility networks and services.
