Hapag-Lloyd announces changes on its Caribbean Ecuador Service (SW2)

Hapag-Lloyd plans to move its Caribbean Ecuador Service from current TPG Terminal Portuario de Guayaquil to Contecon Guayaquil S.A. Terminal, the liner container operator said in a press release.

The last vessels handled at TPG will be:

Northbound:
MV Balthasar Schulte 5231N ETA Guayaquil  September 2, 2015
Southbound:
MV Cap Doukato 5232S ETA Guayaquil August 31, 2015
The first vessels handled at new terminal Contecon will be:

Northbound:
MV Cap Doukato 5232N ETA Guayaquil September 9, 2015
Southbound:
MV Hansa Europe 5233S ETA Guayaquil September 7, 2015
With this move Hapag-Lloyd facilitates the connection with its Service Network to and from North- and South America and concentrate its Ecuador Express (EW2) and Caribbean Ecuador Service (SW2) at the same terminal.
