Vladimir Avramenko has been appointed the Head of Crimea Customs from August 7, 2015. The order was signed by the Federal Customs Service of Russia.
Vladimir Avramenko had been acting Head of Crimea Customs from April 13, 2015.
Vladimir Avramenko was born on October 17, 1973 in Yevpatoria (Crimea). In 1995, he graduated from Sevastopol Naval Institute named after P.S. Nakhimov, in 2003 - Nizhny Novgorod Law Academy.
His career in RF Customs started in 1996. From 2008 – First Deputy Head of Nizhny Novgorod Customs; from September 2008 till August 2013 - Head of Perm Customs. From August 2013 till the latest appointment – Head of Customs Control Service at the Central Customs Administration.
