In January-July 2015, the port of Vyborg handled 794,800 t of cargo (+17%, year-on-year), says Baltic Sea Ports Administration.
Transshipment of dry bulk cargo fell by 16% to 616,000 t including 233,800 t of coal (-33%) and 358,000 of mineral fertilizers (-13%). Transshipment of dry loose cargo fell by 25% to 105,900 t, transshipment of general cargo increased by 5% to 28,800 t. No liquid bulk cargo was handled in the reported period (in 7M’14 - 29,700 t). Transshipment of timber totaled 44,200 (up almost two-fold).
