On September 27 at 11:00, a meeting ceremony for the training ship Zheng He, which came under the leadership of Chief of the Dalian Naval Academy, was held at the 33rd quay of the Korabelnaya embankment in the city of Vladivostok.
According to the press center, of RF Defence Ministry, the Chinese seamen were met by representatives of the Pacific Fleet, the military orchestra and the group of the Chinese diaspora of Vladivostok. After the ships was moored, according to the tradition, the Chinese servicemen were welcomed with bread and salt.
On Monday, the official delegation of the Navy of the People’s Liberation Army of China will make an official visit to the Command of the Pacific Fleet.
In the course of a five-day visit, the Chinese seamen will visit the places of interest in Vladivostok.
Today the members of the crew will take part in the festive events devoted to the Day of Tiger in the city.
In recent history, this is the 9th visit of military seamen of China in Vladivostok.
It will last until October 1.
