Konstantin Palnikov, Director of RF Transport Ministry’s Department of State Policy for Marine and River Transport , will take the post of the Director General of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping on October 1, 2015, the Ministry told IAA PortNews. Konstantin Palnikov’s resignation from his current position has been announced recently.
